AMY & BAILEY - CANMORE ENGAGEMENT SESSION

I don’t even know where to start with Amy & Bailey…you can obviously see the love beaming from the two of them. When Amy reached out to me about proposing in Banff – it was an instant yes for me. Shocking, I know. There are few things that I love more than the Canadian Rockies – photographing one of my high school besties in this season of her life is high up there. In the beginning when Amy & started planning this trip – there were so many location options. For their proposal we chose Minnewanka at sunrise and then Quarry Lake Park at sunset for their photos.

From the very moment I met you, I knew you were special. You are the most beautiful soul I’ve ever met. Your willingness to grow, how brave you are when it comes to having the tough conversations, the ways you love me unconditionally and patiently… You are kind, gentle and my safest place on this Earth. Loving you and being loved by you has changed me forever. I am so honored that I get to spend my life learning and loving you.

From Bailey:

What an honor it is to do life with you, Amy—your soul is such a gift to this world and I have so much gratitude that I get to learn and grow with you. Each day you inspire me to be a better person. There are so many things I love about you, my Amy but if I had to sum it up it would be your kind heart, fierce authenticity, sense of humor (and the fact it’s not at the expense of others), and your commitment to growth & healing.

People say “you know when you know” and I’ve often wondered “but how”. For me it has been the full body exhale that I’ve experienced since you walked into my life last June—loving you and being loved by you has been (and continues to be) a full body hell yes!

I am truly forever changed by your love, Amy and savor every minute of our life together.
